RV Site Current Rate & Deposit Details
Rates listed are for 2 adults and 3 children and include site rental plus applicable taxes, a concrete patio, a picnic table, water, sewer and limited wifi access. Electric is additional for monthly rentals.
Pet fee is $5 per pet, per stay (covers up to 30 days), then $5 for each additional 30-day period. The fee applies to each dog or cat, with a limit of three pets per site. Breed and size restrictions apply, as outlined in our rules and regulations
We reserve the right to limit the number of occupants and pets in any RV site. A $350 deposit is required for monthly RV stays only. This deposit is refundable after the final electric bill is paid.
RV Site Cancellation Policy
Daily / Monthly RV Sites
- 30 days or more before reservation check-in date: Full refund
- Less than 30 days before reservation check-in date: No refund
No refund or proration for early departures.
*If the cancellation is due to health or weather conditions, an account credit will be available for future stays – subject to manager approval of availability and site/unit assignment.
Cottage Current Rate & Deposit Details
Cottages are completely furnished with linens, towels, stove or cooktop, oven (standard or convection), refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, glasses, dinner ware, limited wifi and Cable TV. All cottages have a deck with umbrella, table and chairs.
Pet fee is $5 per pet, per stay up to 30 days and then monthly thereafter. Only one dog under 50lbs is allowed per cottage. Cats are not permitted in the cottages. Breed and size restrictions apply, as outlined in our rules and regulations.
Deposit:
We require a deposit of $600.00 on all cottage rentals. The deposit will be refunded after the final electric bill has been paid and any damages assessed.
We reserve the right to limit the number of occupants. Cottage rentals require a minimum stay of 2 nights, with a 3 night minimum on holidays.
