Cottage Current Rate & Deposit Details
Cottages are completely furnished with linens, towels, stove or cooktop, oven (standard or convection), refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, glasses, dinner ware, limited wifi and Cable TV. All cottages have a deck with umbrella, table and chairs.
- Check-In: After 2:00 p.m.
- RV Group Check-In: By 3:00 p.m.
- Check-Out: By 11:00 a.m.
Additional Fees:
- Additional Occupants: $5 per person, per day (subject to maximum occupancy)
- Additional Vehicles: $5 per vehicle, per day (subject to site maximum)
- Pet Fee: $5 per pet, per stay (covers up to 30 days), then $5 for each additional 30-day period
- Early Check-In Fee: $0 (subject to manager approval)
- Late Check-Out Fee: $50 (available until 2:00 p.m. – subject to manager approval)
- Electric + Delivery Fee (Monthly Stays Only): $0.20 per kWh, plus meter reading fee of $0.40/day
- Late Payment Fee (First Day): $50
- Late Payment Fee (After First Day): $10 each day late after first day
- Housekeeping Fee (Monthly Stays Only): $100 per month – includes fresh, clean linens every week (not applicable to shorter stays)
*Monthly rates are based on a calendar month. For example: February (28 days), March (31 days), and April (30 days) all qualify for the monthly rate. Stays longer than a month will be prorated at the monthly rate.
Deposit:
We require a deposit of $600.00 on all cottage rentals. The deposit will be refunded after the final electric bill has been paid and any damages assessed.
We reserve the right to limit the number of occupants. Only one dog under 50lbs is allowed per cottage. Cats are not permitted in the cottages. Cottage rentals require a minimum stay of 2 nights, with a 3 night minimum on holidays.
Cottage Cancellation Policy
Daily / Monthly
- 30 days or more before reservation check-in date: Full refund
- Less than 30 days before reservation check-in date: No refund
No refund or proration for early departures.
*If the cancellation is due to health or weather conditions, an account credit will be available for future stays – subject to manager approval of availability and site/unit assignment.
